Welcome to the Computer Lab! 

My name is Mrs. Malouin and I am happy to say that this is my 17^th year teaching at St. Thomas where I teach Computer to grades K – 8 and I also teach in our Spanish Lab for grades 3 – 8.  In 2016,  I received the Pioneer Valley Teacher of Excellence Award from the Grinspoon Foundation, an honor I share with many of our faculty members.   

I have earned an Associates Degree in Word Processing Management from STCC and a Bachelors Degree in Business from American International College.  I coached soccer for 9 years and baseball for 6 years and loved watching the progression of the children year after year and how their skills developed.   This is a process I use in my classroom as well.  I believe that students need to learn essential skills each year and build on them in the computer room such as keyboarding, research, applications, online safety and programming. 

I am looking forward to another great year with the students and families here at St. Thomas.
